Go to check if there is file spl.dat in Save and Plugin folder, if they are here, please delete them, then check if it works.

The program has loaded, updated the plugins and again this window

I deleted all instances of spl.dat and still the same results. I upload here the error in english:

I just reinstalled the .NET framework, able to install my language pack only and the error still exists.

Sorry for the late reply.

Go to check if this file (ProxyServers.exe) is missed in ProxyServers folder. If so, please extract following file to ProxyServers folder, then check if you can open the software successfully.
